Dr. Payan has changed the lives of some teenagers in our community.

Sarah and her family came to see Dr. Payan before the start of the school year and Sarah was about to embark on a new time in her life, junior high school.

She had worn the heavy frame and lens for approximately 5 years and was ready to wear contact lenses and had asked her mother if it was possible for her to wear contact lens? When she made the appointment to see us at Cy-Fair Eyecare, Dr. Payan explained all the benefits of contact lenses to Sarah and her mother. The staff at Cy-Fair Eyecare taught Sarah on the care of contact lenses. After several attempts, Sarah was able to insert and remove the contact lenses without any problems. She returned for her follow-up visit a week later and commented on how everything seemed so different at school, sports, and with her friends. Everyone commented on her beautiful brown eyes, that were hidden with the eyeglasses she wore for so long. She thanked Dr. Payan for allowing this to happen at this important time of her life and was excited to get back to school, start playing soccer that was difficult with those eyeglasses, and hang out with her friends like every other teenager.
